The baseline official recipe for the Orea O1 by Orea. A simple but effective recipe that should be familiar if you’re transitioning from a V60 or Kalita brewer. Big brightness with lower sweetness, light body. It uses a wave filter.
Please use our timings as suggestions. Use the coffee’s behavior as your pouring guide. We pour when we see the water level almost reach the coffee bed.
- Coffee: 12g @ medium (20-24 Comandante C40 clicks)
- Water: 200ml @ 96ºC
