Forged weatherproof steel, 8 blocks. Each block 60 × 66 × 72” (152.4 × 167.6 × 182.9 cm), four stacks of two blocks each, each stack 11 feet tall. Massive steel blocks creating four identical-height stacks that explore weight, mass, gravity, and phenomenological perception. Serra’s monumental process-based sculpture fills MoMA’s dedicated Gallery 210.
