The official flash brew recipe for the Orea O1 by Orea. A simple 4-pour recipe that produces a very bright flash brew that doesn’t taste diluted, working especially well with washed coffees. It uses a wave filter.
Please use our timings as suggestions. Use the coffee’s behavior as your pouring guide. We pour when we see the water level almost reach the coffee bed.
- Coffee: 18g @ medium (22-24 Comandante C40 clicks)
- Water: 160ml @ 94ºC + 140g of ice (add the ice straight to the carafe)
