The open bottom is a possible bottom to use with the Orea V4 modular brewing system:
A very unique design that we have used in our glass and porcelain brewers. The open design allows the filter to bend and concentrate flow more centrally. This results in a distinctive acidity structure. Suitable for any coffee, but we highly suggest it for bright, juicy, fruity naturals or more fermented.
