Campbell's Soup Cans

Acrylic with metallic enamel paint on canvas, 32 panels, each 20 × 16” (50.8 × 40.6 cm). One of the most iconic works of Pop Art, depicting all 32 varieties of Campbell’s condensed soup. Warhol’s embrace of commercial imagery and mechanical repetition challenged traditional distinctions between high art and consumer culture.
